Well isolated from the hustle and bustle, your private villa gives all the energy of a secluded tropical retreat, but wander outside, and you’re right next to Bali’s favorite hotspots. Surround yourself with some of the trendiest spots for dinner and a drink, perfect for the aspiring foodie! You’ll find no shortage of great options nearby, from the famous Motel Mexicola to other great eats like Italian Job, Naughty Nuri’s, and Corner House. This ideal location has something for everyone, no matter what kind of holiday-goer you are. The villa is located in a residential neighborhood, with families living so we kindly ask all our guests to keep down any loud noises after 11PM. Thank you for your kind understanding. Transit The villa is strategically located with restaurants, bars, beach spots, and Bali’s nightlife, all reachable by foot. For the adventurer looking for more sightseeing, a day tour with one of our drivers is a great way to see the island. We offer convenient transport services with a fleet of available cars and experienced local drivers. We’re more than happy to assist you with renting your own scooter, motorbike, or car. Take the stress out of holiday travel; getting around was never so easy.

The two-story villa offers six cozy bedrooms featuring spa-style bathrooms. Our large open-concept living creates a spacious and airy atmosphere, taking advantage of Bali’s sunshine. Unwind and relax from the comforts of the sunbeds and gazebo, or enjoy your very own private pool. Whether hosting a family dinner or enjoying cocktails with friends, the kitchen is well-equipped for any event. The property’s immersive tranquil spaces provide the perfect opportunity to unwind and enjoy everything a tropical villa offers. See all amenities Access The whole villa is yours to enjoy. You will have full access to all the available facilities and services with absolute and complete privacy. Feel free to use the pool, the garden, and the entirety of the house as you please. You can access the villa from a quiet alley. The villa features a private parking space, suitable for 2 medium-sized cars or several motorbikes. Each bedroom comes with its own key set that includes the entrance gate.

Damage or Losses

Please treat the booked Property as you would treat your own home, and leave the Property and all its contents in good order and an acceptably clean condition.
Any damage or loss caused during the Rental Period, as well as any special cleaning requirement due to negligence of anyone in your group, will be the Guest's responsibility. In cases of excessive or unacceptable loss or damage at any time during the Rental Period, CE may require the Guest and their party, including visitors, to vacate the Property immediately, without compensation or refund.

Access

The Property and its facilities are available for the Guest's full enjoyment during the duration of stay. However, our staff may need access to the Property from time to time (e.g. for maintenance of the house, garden, swimming pool, utilities and services, or for providing additional services requested by the Guest, etc.). You are required to give them reasonable access to the Property for these purposes.

Number of Guests

The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the Property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation.
Exceeding this number may invalidate any insurance policy on the Property. Entry or access to the Property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement. No pets are allowed unless agreed in writing in advance.

Use of Property

All bookings are assumed to be for normal holidaying purposes only, and the Guest agrees that the use of the Property will be limited to this purpose unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
If the Guest is planning to hold an event such as a wedding or a party that involves having a larger number of people at the Property, or if the Guest is planning to use the Property for a purpose other than a holiday, please communicate this to CE in advance, as special approval or arrangements may be required. Please be aware that same-sex wedding ceremonies are prohibited by law in Indonesia and any other kind of same-sex ceremonies will not be in accordance with prevailing local customs. Depending on the nature of the event, a surcharge and/or additional security deposit may be required, which will be agreed to and confirmed in writing before confirming the reservation. Note that some Properties are in residential areas or estates, and some are subject to rules and regulations regarding their use. Therefore, it may not always be possible to grant permission for certain uses or activities due to these or other reasons beyond the control of CE and the Owner.
